The Perfect Real Estate Assistant program is systems-oriented training designed for both rainmakers and agents with administrative staff. As an expert in running an office and maintaining repeat customers and referrals, Monica Reynolds will help each individual with their unique needs and goals, all while providing systems, models, and effective strategies they can use as their business grows to their highest potential.
This 18 session program consists of 3 calls per month catering specifically to the rainmaker as well as the administrative staff. Each month begins with a call strictly for the rainmaker to hone in on managing, communication and hiring models. The last two calls of the month are designated for the assistant.
